Now that this little blog project has morphed from an idea to a hobby, from a hobby to a creative outlet, and from a creative outlet to a kick-ass business, it has been amusing, exciting, and humbling to reflect back over the year’s content to see what all my fabulous readers have loved. This little idea of mine has been through three domain name changes, lost many-a-reader in the process, yet a core group of you keep tracking right along with me as I grow. For that, I am thankful. Here’s to a new day, a new year.
Uhhhh, should I take offense that one of my TOP reader favorites is a GUEST POST? I suppose I could, but because this guest post happens to be from one of my FAVE food and lifestyle bloggers of all time, I am just really PROUD to share it again!
I like that the next top reader fave is one of my MOST SIMPLE recipes. It has only 4 ingredients, half of which are optional!
Next up happens to also be one of my personal favorite recipes of the year too! AND it has a whopping THREE ingredients!
Remember last January when I did a 30-for-30 challenge? I ate vegan from December 26th, 2012 until January 25th, 2013: 30 days of eating vegan for my 30th birthday on January 25th! IT WAS AWESOME! And I am proud that that post series was one of your favorites. I learned so much about my body and food during that time. To this day, my diet has seen a drastic decrease in animal products including cheese, yogurt, and meat.
Last, but certainly not least, is a series that is super special to me. I took a little trip to Europe this summer in the midst of a lot (understatement?) of life changes. Travel is in my blood. It breathes life and perspective in ways that staying home and comfortable can never provide. And apparently you enjoyed reading about my antics abroad!
And MY FAVE (where did my tan go?):
With MUCH love and gratitude,
