1 bunch organic kale
1 tablespoon olive oil (or olive oil spray)
sea salt, as desired
other spices optional (cayenne pepper, garlic powder, etc.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pull all the kale leaves from the stems, and rip into small pieces. In a small bowl, toss with the olive oil. Spread out in one layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with salt or other spices. Bake for 15 minutes, and watch carefully as they will burn quickly! Allow to cool and store in airtight container. Easy!
