This recipe is easy, healthy, and scrape-the-bowl-clean delicious. Usually about half way through cooking or making something, I have a good idea whether or not it is good enough to make again and/or what needs to be improved on until it is blog-worthy. I didn’t know what to expect with this dairy-free, no added sugar ‘ice cream’. Kiwis are one of my favorite fruits, and bananas usually make it into a smoothie a few times a week. I assumed I would like the taste, but I didn’t expect to LOVE it! The combination of them together as a healthy dessert is creamy bliss!
6 kiwis, peeled, halved, and frozen
1 banana, peeled, sliced, frozen
1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Toss everything in a high powered blender or Vitamix. Blend until smooth!
This stuff is lick your lips delish!
